Description
Raspberries, blackberries, and strawberries are lower in carbs than other prominent smoothie natural products like bananas, pineapples, and mangoes. Include fat with coconut milk, and feel far and away superior about your sound breakfast with infant spinach (or kale!).
INGREDIENTS
1/2 c. frozen strawberries
1/2 c. frozen raspberries, plus more for garnish (optional)
1 c. frozen blackberries
2 c. coconut milk
1 c. baby spinach
Unsweetened shaved coconut, for topping (optional)
DIRECTIONS
In a blender, join all fixings (aside from coconut). Mix until smooth.
Partition among glasses and top with raspberries and coconut, if utilizing.
